Sean Kelley has logged 25+ years of experience in the design and practice of residential architecture in the Rochester area since receiving his education at SUNY Delhi. A senior CAD drafter working toward becoming a licensed architect, Sean has worked at Carini Designs for over 3 years. Todd Marotta, a graduate of SUNY Delhi, has spent 25+ years designing and drafting residential and light commercial projects in upstate NY, working with industry professionals in every facet of the building trades. A specialist in empty-nester residential design, he also worked in a 3 year partnership designing executive homes in North Florida including projects in Sawgrass, Ponte Verdra Beach, Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine. A graduate of the University of Buffalo Engineering School and Houghton College, Steven Carini has been a residential and commercial designer for over 30 years. First working for his father, fellow engineer, Louie Carini, Steven purchased the company in 1999. Licensed as an engineer in New York and Colorado, Steven oversees all design work as well as managing commercial projects.
