Steven’s background includes graduating from the University of Buffalo Engineering School and Houghton College. He is licensed as a professional engineer in New York. Others states he has held engineering licenses in the past for special projects include Colorado, Connecticut and Rhode Island. He oversaw the designs for mountain style homes for a Colorado custom builder for more than 10 years from our office in Fairport, NY. Steven oversees all design work and manages commercial projects, helping ensure every plan meets high standards from start to finish.
